The Nursery follows a 1950s upper-middle-class couple, Phil and Ruth, as they confront the long-simmering fault lines in their troubled marriage. During a pivotal conversation, the suppressed emotions of their grief-stricken union explode, testing the strength of their love. The Nursery is an unpublished play by Clifford Odets, making its Off-Broadway world premiere.
